World’s fattest woman could now be in contention as most beautiful woman on earth
Miracles do happen after the world’s fattest woman has undergone an unbelievable turnaround to now be in contention for the most beautiful woman on earth.
The stunning turn of events for the 74 stone beauty Mayra Rosales has been a beacon of light for other super obese with aspirations to one day float down the catwalk or be crowned as the planet’s hottest lady.
Despite currently spending her life tied to a hospital bed unable to move having been transported from her home in a truck because an ambulance wasn’t big enough, the 31 year old American has still been earmarked as “one for the future” due to her enormous potential.
“You never know if someone will fulfill – or get the chance to fulfill – their potential but she’s got it all; the looks, determination, the fact she doesn’t care about people ogling at her like she’s some kind of freak. Plus she’s already lost 20 stone,” a source said.
“If she carries on at this rate then who knows maybe by 2025 she will be the most beautiful woman on earth. She has already done so much for the super fat people’s movement, so we mustn’t forget that either.
“And let’s face it there’s no escaping just how much of a turn on it is to see all those lovely rolls smothering her body, which is also great for her loved ones in the winter who can simply tuck themselves up in her flab to keep warm,” the source added.

Things weren’t always looking so rosy, however, when Mayra used to embark on a daily intake of food that some argued could have fed Africa several times over. One of her favourite “snacks” between meal times involved munching eight cheese burgers, which helped to keep her going. And when going for a poo her partner would helpfully push her to one side using all his strength as she relieved herself.
The Texan was also facing a lifetime prison sentence after being accused of murdering her sister’s child before being acquitted. The case was held up while it took several months to find a courtroom big enough to squeeze her colossal body in – with walls and doors having to be removed.
Despite Mayra’s touching journey some have thoughtlessly questioned how she could get into such a state in the first place. “We all like our food and no one likes to poke fun at a fatty but you would have thought that by the time she hit say 45 stone she might have thought it was time to make some cut backs on her food intake,” an anti-fat person activist said.
But an Angry Texan hit back: “We salute her for embracing and upholding the true values of the American Dream.”
Back in the UK, black Labour MP Diane Abbott, is also still fighting to remain in the running for the world’s most beautiful woman, despite coming under pressure to resign her political post following alleged racist remarks on Twitter where she said “white people love playing ‘divide & rule’ we must not play their game”.

An insider said: “If it wasn’t for her stunning looks, charm and charisma, not to mention how well she connects with the electorate, then the failed Labour Party leader candidate probably wouldn’t even have a chance of winning the prestigious most beautiful woman title.”
